What this website collects, why, and what is done with it.

What is collected
This website collects only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your contact preference, and the content of your message, along with the page you submitted from and a timestamp. Nothing else is gathered about you.
Analytics and tracking
As built, this site loads no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party trackers. It sets no cookies of its own. Typefaces are self-hosted and served from this site’s own domain, so no font request is made to Google and your IP address is not exposed to a third party in the course of loading a page.
Form submissions
On this build, no form delivery endpoint is configured. Submissions are validated in your browser and are not transmitted anywhere. Once an endpoint is connected, this section must be updated to name the processor that receives and stores inquiries.
How it is used
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you asked about.
- To keep the records a licensed agent and brokerage are required to keep.
Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to third-party lead-generation services. Information may be shared with Realty of America as the supervising brokerage, and with the parties necessary to complete a transaction you have asked to proceed with: a lender, title company, inspector or co-operating agent.
Your choices
- You can ask what information is held about you.
- You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to record-keeping obligations.
- You can ask to stop receiving follow-up at any time, and it will stop.
